Kobe Bryant thanks Charlotte Hornets for trading him to Lakers on Twitter

Back in the grand year of 1996, Kobe Bryant was not yet a household name and was originally drafted by the Charlotte Hornets.

Since that date, Kobe has become an international superstar with the Los Angeles Lakers and that deal might changed the course of the NBA as we know it.

Earlier today, Kobe decided to post the below tweet thanking the Hornets for the deal:
